Apply & Interview
Submit your application with required military affiliation documentation and complete a phone interview with our team.
Begin Training
Start with mortgage fundamentals, VA loan basics, and compliance training. Attend live sessions and complete online coursework.
Licensing Prep
Follow the 6-step guide we provide to start the pre-licensing process. Complete pre-licensing education, exam prep, and take your NMLS exam.
Get Licensed & Start Closing
Once licensed, begin working with real clients under mentorship. Close your first deals and start earning commissions.
