She and her husband had a terrible experience when they were going through the process of purchasing their first home, while wanting to use their VA Loan. First they kept being pushed to not use their VA Loan, without unknown reason but once they started to ask questions it was clear that the lenders were uneducated and is unfamiliar with VA Loans. The lenders they used were not looking out for their best interest and provided them with higher rates, was dishonest, and misguided them through out the process. Since then she and her husband had vowed to make a difference in serving others by helping to guide every client in the right direction, making sure they are not being taken advantage of, and understands in the entire process.
